“We are pleased to announce our latest purchase in the London borough of Croydon, which is a block comprising five flats. This purchase is in line with our current expansion programme to acquire, develop or refurbish properties and make them ready for social let.
These flats will be made available by us to the local authority to help meet the ever-growing need for more social accommodation.
The unbroken block will provide 2 one bed flats and 3 two bed flats. We are currently in discussion with local authorities to place tenants.
