Cromwood Housing Group exists to support vulnerable people by providing high quality homes that enable them to take the next steps in their lives.
We were established more than 20 years ago and have supported thousands of people in London, Greater Manchester and other parts of the UK.
During that time we have built a reputation among partners and investors for bringing an agile, entrepreneurial and innovative approach to finding new solutions to the housing crisis.
Working alongside a range of organisations, it’s enabled us to deliver the right homes in the right places at the right time – whether it’s temporary accommodation or permanent homes.
The Group is made up of Cromwood Ltd and Cromwood Housing.
Cromwood Ltd has a wealth of housing management expertise and works with local authorities and Government agencies to help them meet the need for temporary accommodation for a wide range of groups including refugees and asylum seekers.
Cromwood Housing is a Registered Provider that provides general needs social housing as well as specialist accommodation for former rough sleepers and domestic abuse survivors.
