Cromwood Housing has unveiled its first new social housing developments in London.

Maher came to the UK at the end of 2018 with dreams of finding a home and running his own business, but he soon found himself trapped in a game of snakes and ladders: he’d get so far, only to end up back at square one.

Thames Reach has been commended in the London Homelessness Awards 2024 for its innovative partnership with Cromwood Housing. We asked Bill Tidnam, Thames Reach chief executive (pictured above, right), and Kevin Murphy, strategic director at Cromwood Housing, how the partnership came about.
