Producing more homes resurrecting empty properties

It is a pleasure to announce that we have been recently awarded a 3 + 1 year contract for the provision of on-site management services at Saviours House, a council owned general needs temporary accommodation facility for homeless households located within the London Borough of Hillingdon.

We are delighted that our services are helping the London Borough of Hillingdon deliver housing solutions to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Partnership work between local authorities and other agencies such as public bodies, private sector and the voluntary sector is crucial in the delivery of public services. This award further cements the important role we are playing in the fight against homelessness and rough sleeping in London.

The four-storey building comprises of 28 self-contained units, providing a total of 121 bed spaces, associated car parking, landscaping and a children’s play area.

This award comes on the back of Cromwood successfully providing similar on-site management services at Marlborough Crescent, another council owned general needs temporary accommodation facility for homeless households. The initial contract was awarded to us back in April 2017 and we continue to provide the management service.

Marlborough is a block of 4 self-contained/furnished apartments, with a total of 43 apartments. These comprise of studios, 1 beds and 2 beds.  The facility also contains an open car park space between the blocks.
