The event highlighted the increasing demand to produce social housing in an environment that currently poses many questions of uncertainty for landlords and local authorities.
We were happy to make our £2.5m Fund available to landlords and other partners with a collective aim to produce more social housing through the resurrection of empty properties.
We look forward to working with various partners and hope to work in conjunction with Havering Council to produce much needed social housing.
