Your feedback is crucial to us and enables us to further improve the housing services we offer to tenants.

One of the key ways we engage our tenants is through a detailed online survey framed around the national Tenant Satisfaction Measures set out by the Regulator of Social Housing.

This is supplemented by phone surveys with tenants to dig a little deeper into how you view Cromwood and the quality of our services.

The latest survey, carried out in early 2025, showed we were above average in nine of the 12 Tenant Satisfaction Measures with around three-quarters of tenants telling independent researchers that they were happy with their homes and the service provided by Cromwood. Performance improved in nine out of 12 measures when compared with the 2024 survey.
