You can report a maintenance issue by accessing the tenant portal or via our helplines. Whether it's a faulty radiator, dripping tap or draughty window, we'll endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Tenant survey
One of the key ways we measure our performance as a landlord is through regular tenant surveys. We use a combination of online questionnaires and one to one phone calls to use your feedback to drive improvement.
