How we are making a difference

We provide a wide range of services, from temporary and supported housing to specialist accommodation for former rough sleepers and long-term social housing.

But the goal is the same across all our operations – to provide a safe place for tenants to call home while supporting local authorities and government agencies to meet their objectives.

Some of our residents are vulnerable and are dealing with multiple issues. By providing tailored housing and connecting them with specialist support we are helping them plan for a positive future.

Here is a snapshot of our current impact.

What our social housing tenants say:

‘I’m in my own space, I can welcome people, I feel I’m really living. I totally support the housing association. It doesn’t matter that I can’t buy the house, at least I’m getting something affordable.’

Maher

‘Having a warm place where I can sleep and eat properly has given me my dignity, my humanity, my self-respect back.’
