Charged with moving the company forward with his leadership and vision, Moses ensures the company delivers results in line with our goals and aspirations. He set up Cromwood over 20 years ago and has considerable experience of managing properties both in terms of development, management, and maintenance. He is always exploring opportunities to work with local authorities, central government as well as other organisations to bring about affordable or social housing.

Mr Lorincz (as we like to call him) looks after the overall financial operation of the company, including financial assessments of current operations and future acquisitions. Like our CEO, he has considerable experience and expertise in property development and management. He concentrates on Cromwood’s structure and financial standing so the organisation can flourish and prosper.

Mendy has been responsible for developing and managing the operational structure of Cromwood since the early years of the organisation, including procurement, repairs, and maintenance. He oversees the management of all contractual relationships with stakeholders including landlords and local authorities. He brings a wealth of experience and ensures we are at the forefront when it comes to delivering social housing.

Phil is a highly experienced finance professional whose 25+ year career has included finance director roles in a variety of sectors including recruitment, technology and property development. He oversees all finance activities across the organisation and is our in-house expert advisor on major investment projects and our ongoing financial strategy.

Ben is a qualified lawyer and draws on his background in private practice to support the organisation’s mission of providing safe, affordable housing. Since joining in 2021, Ben’s role has grown from overseeing the legal aspects of property acquisitions to managing a wide range of matters across the business — from complaints and litigation to regulatory compliance, funding arrangements, and policy oversight.

Neil brings a wealth of experience to Cromwood having previously run his own security company for almost 30 years, working with local authorities, central government and large corporate clients including Formula 1. As Head of Contingency Operations, Neil is responsible for the asylum hotel programme and also our block management programme, which is predominantly social housing in the form of apartment complexes and HMOs.
