Cromwood Limited has more than two decades of experience providing and managing housing for some of the most vulnerable people in society.

We do this on behalf of local authorities and other government and public sector organisations, providing housing sourced from private landlords and through our registered provider, Cromwood Housing.

Our focus is on providing safe, secure homes for people referred to us often in times of crisis, whether they are homeless, seeking asylum, fleeing domestic violence, or in need of urgent accommodation before being allocated somewhere more permanent to live.

We are known for our ability to work swiftly and effectively with a range of partners to deliver safe, secure housing solutions that provide “a place to call home.”

Supported living

By combining tailored, secure accommodation with a range of support, supported housing enables people with specific needs to live independently. We’ve recently partnered with Samary Care to play our part in boosting supply of this critical area of housing provision. Our goal is to become a leading provider of supported housing to help meet the growing demand from people with disabilities and long-term conditions for homes that enhance their quality of life.

Asylum seeker accommodation

We are one of the Home Office’s preferred sub-contractors, delivering contracts to house people seeking asylum in the UK as part of a multi-disciplinary set of services which includes meet and greet, introduction to local services, and translation services. We currently provide accommodation for around 1,500 asylum seekers throughout the country.
