Our purpose is to provide appropriate housing as quickly as possible for the most vulnerable in society. We are one of the leading providers of housing to the local authorities in London and Greater Manchester through the provision of high-quality properties sourced from our ongoing relationships with responsible landlords.

Below are examples of how we are working with councils to meet their housing need.

Temporary homes

A core part of our business is to procure properties that councils can use to meet their varying housing demands. We provide councils with properties that can be used for temporary, nightly, and bed and breakfast accommodation as well as private sector leasing

Housing asylum seekers

We are one of the Home Offices preferred sub-contractors, delivering contracts to house people seeking asylum in the UK as part of a multi-disciplinary set of services which includes meet and greet, introduction to local services, and translation services.

Supported living

By combining tailored, secure accommodation with a range of support, supported housing enables people with specific needs to live comfortably with the right level of support for their needs. We’ve recently partnered with Samary Care to play our part in boosting supply of this critical area of housing provision. Our goal is to become a leading provider of supported housing to help meet the growing demand from people with disabilities and long-term conditions for homes that enhance their quality of life.

Housing rough sleepers

We are working in partnership with the Greater London Authority and councils throughout the capital to house people sleeping rough on the streets of London. Homelessness is one of the citys greatest challenges and London Councils estimates one in 50 Londoners are homeless and living in temporary accommodation.

Empty properties

We work with councils and owners of empty properties in order to bring them backinto use for the purpose of social housing
