Reporting Maintenance
You can report a maintenance issue via one of the following methods:
- Using WeTransfer:
- Upload your repair pictures or videos
- Enter your email – example “joe@hotmail.co.uk”
- Add message including property address & contact details
- Press Transfer
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address
- Press Verify
- You will receive confirmation that your file was sent to us
