We work with agents and private sellers and are happy to explore joint venture opportunities where they exist.

Our approach when considering a development opportunity is to be very flexible and open to all possibilities.

Each project presented to us will go through a due diligence process in order for us to decide if we will take it on. This will include the following:

  • Acquisition cost
  • Development and or Refurbishment cost
  • Legal costs
  • Auction or agent costs
  • Annualised income levels
  • Gross Development Valuation

Owners of land or empty properties will approach us for advice, guidance and overall experience for:

  • Help getting planning permission
  • Funding the development
  • Project Managing the building works
  • Let and Management of the finished development
  • Section 106 contracts

Our experience means we also know when to say “No” to an investment opportunity. We focus on being excellent on the things we are good at.
